


My name is Robyn and I am so glad you stopped by my site. I have always been passionate about food and as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant I am excited to learn from you and use my skills to connect you to your priorities and a life you will get excited about.
I have always been passionate about food, starting with baking alongside my grandmother and perfecting pie pastry by age 12. My interest in the connection between diet and health began when my father managed his illness through dietary changes, though it wasn't until later that I fully appreciated this link. During my college years, I supported myself by catering and cooking for tree planters, deepening my love for food.
After starting a family, I discovered the profound impact of food on health when my child’s illness improved dramatically through dietary changes recommended by a naturopath. This experience inspired me to prioritize food as a means to wellness and to share this knowledge with others. As my children grew, I returned to school to help more people harness the power of food, excited to see how intentional eating can transform lives and bring families closer together.
I completed my training as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in the fall of 2023. The approach I take is to look at the symptoms you are experiencing as information on what is going on in your different body systems. Then, by changing what you eat we can bring balance back. I look forward to helping you and your family on your journey to health and connection through food.

As a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant I will support you in identifying your unique needs, set goals and support you in reaching those goals. Let's explore what it looks like for you to fuel a life you get excited about.
One on one coaching can happen in 1 month, 2 month or 4 month packages. Working together means a personalized program tailored to your needs and goals. This will involve a nutri-system and lifestyle assessment, meeting weekly, ongoing support through email or text, whole food meal planning and other resources.
